Eligibility & Use

• E-Coupons are a privilege, not a right, and may not be available to all Users.

• Users prohibited under any statutory obligations shall not use E-Coupons.

• By using an E-Coupon, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

• The details of each E-Coupon, including value, validity, and usage, will be specified in the communication or display on the Website.

Redemption Rules

• E-Coupons can only be redeemed on purchases made through the Website on listings that allow E-Coupon usage.

• If a payment is rejected by the Platform under its risk containment measures, the E-Coupon shall be invalidated.

• E-Coupons cannot be used to purchase any item prohibited by law or restricted under the Terms of Use.

Restrictions

• One E-Coupon is valid for a single purchase only. Any unutilized or partially utilized value will be forfeited.

• If the purchase value exceeds the E-Coupon value, the balance must be paid by the User.

• E-Coupons carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold, or negotiated.

• E-Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, or promotional offer.

Rights of the Platform

• The Platform reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any E-Coupon if misuse or violation of Terms is detected.

• From time to time, the Platform may offer additional discounts, deals, or incentives on select products for a limited duration, either independently or in partnership with merchants.
