We at RRSJ Jewellery are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and delightful as possible! Before making a purchase, we kindly request you to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.
Each piece from RRSJ Jewellery is a work of art — thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans from different regions of India. This craftsmanship ensures that every product is unique, with slight variations that add to its charm and authenticity.
Our jewellery is crafted with great precision and undergoes strict quality checks before being shipped to you. As each item is made with care and individuality, RRSJ Jewellery does not accept returns or provide refunds.
However, we do offer exchange options under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted, If your order is damaged in transit or you received an incorrect product. You may return them the exact way you received (unworn and with original packaging ).
- Kindly keep the product packed with original box packaging , our courier representative will pick up from your address. Once the returned product will reach to our warehouse, we will dispatch the Replaced item . Kindly note , Return process might take longer time that the usual . To make it sooner , you can ship back the product with original box packaging to us . The shipping charge of ₹110 will be credited to you after receiving the parcel .
- You can exchange the purchase product/S if doesn’t like.
- We put all our efforts to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible . However, it may appear differently due to different screen resolution of gadgets.
- Please check the product details i.e. dimensions of the product, model wearing pictures etc. So you can get a thorough idea before making the purchase.
- If you still want to exchange for reasons like heavy on ears, colour, issue, Size issue, you can send us back the product or we can arrange a reverse pick up .
- For exchange, customer needs to bear pick up. And re- shipping charge of Rs.400 all over India.
Exchange Procedure
- Mail us on support@radharanistonesjewels by mentioning the order number, along with product picture and your concerns within 3 days of delivery.
- The concern team will take up your queries within 24 to 48 hours. Kindly be patient.
- Once the item will reach to us, replace product/S will be shipped within 3 working days.
- We offer 3 Days return to exchange an item. And the Exchanged item will be redelivered within 7-10 working days.
- We will not be liable for any returns / exchanges were not notified within 3 days of delivery.
- We will not be liable for any damage in shipments, has shipped overseas after delivering it in India by us.
- Exchange / Return not available for international orders.
- Exchange product/s may take longer time than usual time to ship.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
- Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged once through the course of an order.
- Items are on sale, not eligible for exchange. Home decor items/Rakhi/Bags
are not eligible for exchange or return.
