Meet the Founder

Founded in 2018, Radharani Stones & Jewels began as a heartfelt dream led by its founder and designer, Sneha. Her journey is one of passion, courage, and creative vision—transforming a love for design into a growing jewellery brand admired across India and overseas.

Reflecting on her beginnings, Sneha shares with a smile,

“I was a teacher with very little knowledge of jewellery craftsmanship. But I wanted to create something of my own—something meaningful that could inspire women. Passion was my starting point.”

With no prior industry connections, Sneha relied on her strong visualisation skills, deep design sensibility, and unwavering determination. What started as a challenge soon became a journey of learning and growth. She personally visited jewellery workshops in Jaipur and other craft hubs to understand traditional techniques and processes from the ground up.

Today, Radharani Stones & Jewels operates from its workshop in Kolkata, where every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by a skilled team of women artisans. Empowering women and creating opportunities for growth remains at the heart of the brand’s philosophy.

With an ever-expanding clientele and ambitious plans to establish physical stores across major metros, Sneha’s journey reflects resilience, creativity, and purpose—and the story continues to evolve.
